![]() There are traditional multi-car races on dedicated race tracks, one-on-one duels through tight street tracks, and point-to-point time trials containing off-road sections. GT Racing 2's range of cars and tracks is truly impressive, as is the range of race types it throws at you throughout career mode. Let's not mention the frantic mini-steering-wheel option, which is simply made for fish-tailing. The tap-left/tap-right control method, meanwhile, feels jittery, and makes manipulating the brakes a complete chore. However, controlling some of the rear wheel drive cars with tilt controls somewhat exposes the slight disjuncture between motion and reaction - it can be very tricky to correct your course when the back swings out. The accelerometer works well for nippy front wheel drive cars with improved handling, and it also opens up the possibility of taking over the accelerator as well as the brakes, if you're feeling dextrous. We say almost, because it never quite feels like you're using the ideal setup once you deactivate the assists (which any serious gamer should do post-haste). The handling is fine, with a range of control options providing an almost-good-enough experience regardless of your preference. Here too you take control of a vast roster of sporty cars, each superbly rendered, and guide them around a series of beautifully lit console-esque tracks. Right down to the fact that a probably divisive freemium payment structure takes the shine off an otherwise pristine racing experience. ![]() It might as well have, though, because this is very much in the mould of Firemonkeys's high-end racing simulator. Of course, Gameloft couldn't call this sequel to its 2010 original " The Real Racing Experience", because that would make it sound too much like Real Racing. ![]() Twice.įortunately, GT Racing 2 is far more about motorsport wish-fulfilment than it is the pains of everyday car ownership - but it does feel a little like hard work at times. In my dozen or so years of driving, "the real car experience" involves dodgy electrics, oil spillages, head gasket failures, and limping home from Cornwall in engine safety mode. ![]() The Real Car Experience, eh? That doesn't sound too good. ![]()

Often the same is true for the second pass through as well. On your first pass through your hand, you don't know what you have to work with yet, but it's safe to say, avoid covering low-ranking cards in the columns, up to around 5 (that is, avoid putting a 4 on a 5). Before you start going through the hand, things aren't too complicated, but when you can, it's always better to move a card in the seven columns, than to pull one from the hand. Once the Solitaire game is laid out, focus on moving cards that are in the seven columns before drawing from the hand, so that more cards in the columns can be exposed. If you want to beat the game of solitaire, or klondike solitaire, here are 16 tips and strategies to help you. Every time you move a card, another card - or cards - may be harder to move later. Those can also be watched and taken into consideration. There are plenty of good reasons to check the timestamps and refresh that ticker. IMHO, Whirlwind Scorpious > Sicaran Arcus. I have a lot of experience with artillery and Scorpious though. I have no practical experience with the Arcus, as no one in my meta has one. ![]() but that's a pretty tall order for a tank that has to have line of sight to its target for two turns. The Arcus gets 8 shots when it doesn't move. If you specialize the tank and your opponent doesn't bring the unit you specialize for, you just wasted those points- points you could have spent on multi-melta upgrades for your Rhinos, or a P-fist on your Sergeants. ![]() If you bought all those warheads, you'd have a 270 point tank- more than a Land Raider without it's durability. The Arcus has to pay points for all those special warheads, which are nice, but they make it into a "Jack of all trades" tank. Everything it shoots is a S8 AP3 3" blast, and when it sits still, it can fire 1+d3 of those shots. It doesn't require line of sight to shoot. You can field two Whirldwind Scorpious for the price of one Arcus. ![]() ![]() ![]() While Inspiring Cry isn't as impressive as a Jester or Houndmaster for stress removal it also has a tiny amount of healing (great for getting an ally of death's door in a desparate situation), or mitigating blight/bleed damage slightly, and it also raises the light level slightly which is a great help if you're running low on torches and a run's turning slightly sour. Holy Lance is good as noted previously however Inspiring Cry (combined with some of his camping skills) can make for some pretty serious stress removal. Then it would actually be aueful skill and see some play. Now if only his Bulwark skill still lasted 2 rounds (I don't know why they ever reduced that). He doesn't do too well in the back but then do you know what? The Arbalest doesn't do too well in the front (same goes for purely knife throwing specc'd Graverobbers). The Crusader, like the Leper, really wants to be in ranks 1&2 the whole time. Has good solid damage & health, better all 'round resistances than most other heroes and generally performs well in most dungeons (whereas some other heroes don't do so well in certain areas). In addition to the previous poster's message also look at his resistances. ![]() ![]() ![]() Find the pieces of the sword to restore his mind.
